About Soul Curry

Where Goa Eats

Soul Curry is the in-house restaurant of Hotel Campal — a teak wood-furnished, air-conditioned dining room on the ground floor, open from morning chai to a late-night Goan fish curry. Formerly known as Daawat, the restaurant was rebranded as Soul Curry to better reflect the warmth, variety, and spirit of what we’ve always served.

What We Serve

Three Cuisine Traditions

Goan Cuisine

The Taste of Coastal Goa

Goa's cuisine is a meeting of the Arabian Sea and centuries of Portuguese influence — coconut milk curries, tangy recheiado masalas, and the unmistakable Goan fish. Soul Curry sources fresh fish daily and cooks it the way Goan grandmothers still do.
Tandoor

Clay-Pot Cooking at Its Finest

Our clay tandoor oven operates at temperatures that seal in juices and char the outside to a perfect finish. Marinated overnight, cooked to order — tandoor dishes at Soul Curry are never rushed and never reheated.
Indian Classics

Comfort Food for Every Palate

For those who want the familiar warmth of home-style Indian cooking — dal, sabzi, biryanis, and curries that every Indian family knows. Soul Curry's Indian menu is honest, generous, and made fresh every day.
